Every year I make a “Best Year Yet“ plan with my most important goals in business and personal
life. To keep fit and in shape is always a goal hard to reach combined with my family and a busy
business life. Sport became even more difficult when I got an injury on my ankle. I read about PT
Plus and decided to join in February 2010 and it was the best decision that year.
My PT is Sarah de Mol. She designs a programme that suits my needs and abilities and is flexible so I can fit the
training in my busy schedule. The programme is fun and consists of a mixture of strength
exercises, concentration and balancing, kickboxing, spinning , etc. Sarah changes the
programme regularly so its stays interesting. Its the first time that someone actually explains
things clearly to me and coaches me to prevent injuries. Best of all, Personal Training keeps me
disciplined and fit. I feel better since I started, my body is getting back in shape and my
condition and overall fitness has improved. More importantly my ankle is improving. Your health
is what matters most, so I strongly recommend PT Plus and ofcourse Sarah, she is what a
Personal Trainer should be all about.

When I first came to PT Plus, I thought that I was coming to a normal Personal Trainer. My objective was
to improve my level of fitness.
I had unsuccessfully been trying to eliminate certain discomforts (stiff neck, back pain) which had
developed, and wanted to improve my fitness in spite of these problems.
I discovered that PT Plus does not provide just general fitness training, but a personal targeted approach
to resolving problems leading to bodily discomfort. The result for me has been excellent – I eliminated the
neck and back pains, and even significantly reduced knee problems which I had for years following an
operation.
I would recommend this to anybody who wants to feel healthy.

Real Personal! Personal Training with Judith means focussed work on improving function, condition and
fitness. You could call it body management. Judith is very flexible and combines variation with strict
programming. She has a very professional attitude, challenging my body, but making sure it is safe. Judith
believes in a long-term approach. Step by step improving body intelligence and releasing stress. Training
with Judith is also fun and open. She knows what "Real Personal Training" is about.

Her focus, discipline and knowledge allows for a super effective workout, doing much more than I would

I started at PT Plus over one year ago with the idea that I wanted to feel, and be, healthier and more
toned. The personal training sessions have improved both and I also discovered, at the age of 36, that I
love kickboxing! I am now at a different stage, from many, in my gym experience as I discovered I was
pregnant. I am over 6 months and have continued with the gym, as the sessions are working wonders for
my fitness, stamina and tiredness levels. It has taken a long time for me to get to this stage, so the level of
trust and respect I have for the gym and my personal trainer is something that I can't entirely put into
words. For me the trust and knowledge that PT Plus has my baby's and my best interests and health, at
heart, is something that keeps me coming back and I will continue to keep the sessions going as long as I
can and take it up again after my baby is born.
